Will Wommack is the Finance Manager for Live Oak. Will’s responsibilities include analyzing and presenting company financial data, underwriting and analyzing new investments, forecasting and modeling, benchmarking and variance analysis, preparation of reporting and investor relations materials, and using company and industry data to improve investment decisions.

Prior to joining Live Oak, Will spent over four years in corporate and investment banking. Most recently, Will worked at Stifel in their energy investment banking group where he progressed from Analyst to Associate while working on a variety of upstream deals in the middle-market space.

Will’s experiences at Stifel covered a wide range of products including restructurings, public debt offerings, acquisition financings, and private placements.

Will holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Energy Finance from The University of Texas where he majored in Finance and minored in Accounting.
